Last week I attempted to paint my living room and dining area using a roller with an extended handle and brushes. The first night ALL my triggerpoints were severely painful ( It never subsided )The second day I barely accomplished anything !I've spent the past 2 days in bed unable to do get out except to the bathroom ,and once to get a bowl of cereal !
